VPS are setup for free, however they are not instant, but we guarantee the same day setup!
This is the maximum limit of files you can have on your VPS. If you run out, you may upgrade by adding on some extra HDD space. Or upgrade your VPS all together.
The limit in amount of hosting traffic you can use on your hosting account in a given monthly time period. For example 10GB of bandwidth can send or receive up to 500 videos that are 20MB in size, or up to 50,000 images that are 200KB in size.
The amount of server RAM that will be guaranteed available for usage for your VPS.
The amount of server RAM that may be available for usage for your VPS when there are usage spikes. This helps to cover any situations where your guaranteed RAM limit may not be enough, for example if you are recompiling software on your VPS and the extra RAM is needed, it will be allocated to your VPS until the spike in usage has dropped. This helps keep your VPS running fast in times of need.
All extra CPU resources on the VPS server will be split evenly amongst the VPS instances running on the machine, so if there is extra CPU, you will be able to use it without exceeding your plan limits.
You will have full root access to your VPS, able to adjust your system and install software as you see fit.
With your VPS you free managed service, which covers many server administration tasks such as service restarts, software installations, and troubleshooting problems.
Your VPS will be backed up on a daily basis, to ensure your data is safe if ever there are any issues that arise within the VPS.
With your VPS you will have full access to the Virtuozzo Power Panel for starting, stopping, and rebooting your VPS machine, as well as many other administrative tasks.
Every GeekStorage VPS plan comes with 3 dedicated IP addresses. You can host as many websites as you would like on a single IP address.
Other uses for an IP address are private nameservers (ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com), SSL certificates and anonymous FTP.
If you need more IP addresses you can upgrade your plan or purchase additional IPs for a small fee.
